Massimiliano Gioni

Massimiliano Gioni (born 1973) is Artistic Director of the Fondazione Nicola Trussardi, Milan, and of the New Museum, New York. In 2013, he directed the 55th International Art Exhibition at the Venice Biennale. At the New Museum, he curated the recent solo show by Pipilotti Rist in 2016. For the Foundazione Trussardi, he curated the exhibition titled “La Grande Madre” at Palazzo Reale to mark Milan Expo 2015.

Marco De Vincenzo

Marco De Vincenzo was born in Messina in 1978. At 18 years old, he moved to Rome and, after graduating, joined Fendi’s Style Department, where he has worked for 15 years. At the same time, he has also launched his own clothing line, which debuted in Paris in 2009. In 2014, he was named as a Ten of Tomorrow honouree by the American fashion journal WWD.


Maurizio Cattelan

Maurizio Cattelan

Maurizio Cattelan rose to international fame in New York with his wax sculpture La Nona Ora (“The Ninth Hour”), portraying Pope John Paul II being hit by a meteorite, which was first exhibited in 1999 at the Kunsthalle Basel. Since 2010, his public art project L.O.V.E., located in Piazza degli Affari, Milan, has encouraged the re-appropriation of a hitherto-forgotten city square.
